Returns
We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must belonged to a returnable product category and be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

To ensure customer satisfaction, before production begins, we will provide you with a digital proof or layout of your order for review and approval. By confirming the layout, you acknowledge and agree that the design meets your requirements. Production will only commence after receiving your confirmation. Once approved, no further changes can be made to the design, and the order becomes final.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Kindly provide the following details:
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or defective product
- Your order number
We will review your claim promptly. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a repair service, depending on the nature of the issue.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We can accommodate order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the production process begins, no modifications or cancellations can be made.
